By utilizing adjustable heavy-duty ground screws or integrated chassis leveling systems, our houses sit "lightly" on the land. This not only protects the local ecosystem but also bypasses many of the complex soil-disturbance permits required for permanent concrete work. When you're done, you can move the unit, leaving the earth exactly as you found it.

 

 

The most expensive part of a house build is often the on-site utility connection. At Toncom, we do the hard work in the factory. Every unit we ship is a plug and play mobile home with pre-installed plumbing and electrical systems.

 

Once the unit is placed, you simply connect your main water line and electrical hookup to the centralized external junction box—much like an RV. No more waiting weeks for local plumbers to finish the interior piping; it’s all pressure-tested and certified before it leaves our doors.
